应用型本科高校材料科学与工程专业"1223"人才培养体系探索与实践——以西昌学院为例

摘　　要：西昌学院以问题为导向,积极探索符合学校办学特色、契合社会发展需求的“1223”人才培养模式。围绕“1核-2重-2标-3建”,以“材料科学与工程”卓越工程师计划为核心,以重视更新人才培养观念、重视学生出口质量为抓手,对标对表工程专业认证、教育审核评估,通过师资队伍建设、实践实训平台建设及课程体系建设,使专业培养目标更加明确,毕业要求更加细化,师资队伍更加强大,平台建设更加多样,课程体系更加合理,更好地践行OBE工程教育理念,为应用型本科高校材料科学与工程专业的发展提供了思路。Xichang University is problem-oriented,actively exploring the"1223"talent cultivation model that meets the school's schooling characteristics and social development needs.Focusing on"1223",Xichang University takes"Materials Science and Engineering"Excellent Engineer Program as the center,attaches importance to updating the concept of talent cultivation,attaches importance to the export quality of students as a hand,benchmarks against the engineering professional certification,qualified assessment of teaching.Through the construction of faculty,practical training platform and curriculum system,the professional cultivation goal is clearer,graduation requirements are more detailed,faculty is stronger,platform construction is more diversified,and curriculum system is more reasonable,so as to better practice the concept of OBE engineering education,and to provide ideas for the development of the materials science and engineering majors in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
