摘  要:[目的/意义]厘清企业危机事件网络舆情的内涵及特征,探讨企业危机事件网络舆情主题图谱的构建问题,以扩展与丰富企业危机网络舆情传播研究的视角与相关理论,提升企业对危机事件网络舆情的分析与监控能力。[方法/过程]基于主题图谱理论与方法,提出基于GLoVe和W-LDA的主题提取模型,构建企业危机事件网络舆情主题图谱模型,并结合“特斯拉车展女车主维权”事件对模型加以验证。[结果/结论]实现对企业危机事件网络舆情主题的挖掘、分析以及可视化展示,帮助企业研判舆情发展动向,为企业应对危机网络舆情提供决策支持。[Purpose/significance]This paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of online public opinion of enterprise crisis events,discusses the construction of the topic map of online public opinion of enterprise crisis events,expands and enriches the research perspective and related theories of online public opinion communication of enterprise crisis events,and improves the analysis and monitoring ability of enterprises on online public opinion of crisis events.[Method/process]Based on the theory and method of topic graph,this paper proposes a topic extraction model based on GLoVe and W-LDA,constructs a topic graph model of enterprise crisis event network public opinion,and verifies the model in combination with the event of“Tesla Auto Show female owners defend their rights”.[Result/conclusion]This paper realizes the mining,analysis and visual display of the topic of online public opinion of enterprise crisis events,helps enterprises to study and judge the development trend of public opinion,and provides decision-making support for enterprises to cope with crisis online public opinion.
