“两端四融合”教学模式赋能体育人才培养的作用机理与实践路径

摘　　要：随着科技创新与信息技术的快速发展,传统体育人才培养模式亟待改革创新。运用案例分析法、历史比较法等研究方法对“两端四融合”的教学模式进行系统研究,剖析其作用机理,并结合高校体育教育的现实情况探讨其实践路径。研究发现:在体育课程教学过程中把握课前、课后两端的同时,运用传统教育思想与现代教育理念融合,线上线下教学形式融合,体育课与思政教育融合,科学研究与课程教学融合的教学模式,能够促进教学过程的智教与乐学,实现全过程、全方位的大学生体育能力培养和政治思想教育,进而提高大学体育人才培养质量。协同育人的创新教学改革,能够提高体育技能类专业人才培养质量,拓展人才培养路径,为体育强国建设和中华民族的伟大复兴实现教育赋能。With the rapid development of scientific and technological innovation and information technology,the traditional sports talent cultivation mode is in urgent need of reform and innovation.With the research methods of case study and historical comparison,a systematic study on the teaching mode of“two ends and four integration”has been conducted.The paper analyzes its mechanism,and explores its practical path in the light of the reality of physical education in colleges and universities.The study finds that:while grasping the two ends of the physical education course teaching process before and after class,the teaching mode of integration of traditional education ideas and modern education concepts,integration of online and offline teaching forms,integration of physical education and ideological education,and integration of scientific research and course teaching can promote the teaching process of intelligent teaching and learning,realize the whole process and all-round cultivation of college students’physical education ability and political and ideological education,and thus improve the quality of college physical education talents training.The innovative teaching reform of collaborative cultivation can improve the quality of cultivating talents in sports skills,expand the path of cultivating talents,and realize educational empowerment for the construction of a sports power and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
