摘　　要：针对胰头良性病变或低度恶性肿瘤,为了保护消化系统的完整性和功能性,保留十二指肠的胰头全切除术正成为越来越多医生选择的手术方式。而随着微创理念和技术的发展,腹腔镜技术为该手术带来了独特的优势。笔者围绕腹腔镜下保留十二指肠的胰头全切除术,探讨了手术的发展过程、适应证等一系列问题,突出强调了手术的核心技术,以及如何减少并发症的发生。旨在通过合理的手术方式和治疗策略,改善患者的治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。In order to protect the integrity and function of the digestive system,duodenum-preserving total pancreatic head resection is becoming the surgical method which was chosen by more and more doctors for benign lesions or low-grade malignant tumors of the pancreatic head.With the development of minimally invasive concepts and techniques,laparoscopic technology has brought unique advantages to this surgery.In this paper,a series of problems such as the development process and indications of laparoscopic duodenum-preserving total pancreatic head resection were discussed,and the core techniques of surgery and how to reduce the occurrence of complications were emphasized.The aim is to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients through reasonable surgical methods and treatment strategies.
