摘　　要：近年来,面对中国乡村发展进程中的挑战,新内生型乡村发展理论在学界逐步得到认可,然而现有研究对如何驱动乡村形成这一模式尚缺乏详尽的思路。经过理论梳理可知,形成该模式的核心在于激活乡村的内生发展动力,并融入外生发展能力。在此框架下,动态能力理论为理解数字技术如何实现乡村持续创新提供了研究视角。通过塑造动态能力,乡村能够自下而上地整合基层的创新行动,完善社会创新的迭代循环,同时提升自上而下的感知改进能力,以此建立起基于自身传统的发展动力存量。数字资本理论有助于理解数字技术如何为乡村提供跨越地域限制的发展机遇与价值增值途径,即通过培育数字社会资本与数字经济资本,保障城乡融合发展的可持续性,培育数字文化资本和数字象征资本,维护乡村声誉与发展稳定性,从而拓展乡村发展的能力资源边界。In recent years,facing the challenges in the rural development process in China,the Neo-Endogenous Rural Development Theory has gradually gained recognition in the academic community.However,existing research lacks detailed approaches on how to drive rural areas to form this model.A theoretical review reveals that the core of forming this model lies in activating the endogenous development momentum of rural areas and integrating exogenous development capabilities.Under this framework,the Dynamic Capability Theory provides a research perspective for understanding how digital technology enables sustained rural innovation.By shaping dynamic capabilities,rural areas can integrate grassroots innovation actions from the bottom up,improve the iterative cycle of social innovation,and enhance top-down sensing and improvement capabilities.This establishes a stock of development momentum based on their own traditions.The Digital Capital Theory helps to understand how digital technology provides rural areas with development opportunities to transcend geographic limitations and pathways for value enhancement,namely by cultivating digital social capital and digital economic capital to ensure the sustainability of urban-rural integrated development,and by fostering digital cultural capital and digital symbolic capital to maintain rural reputation and development stability,thereby expanding the resource boundaries of rural development capabilities.
