摘　　要：结局指标测评工具的选择是准确收集健康结局数据的前提,开展结局指标测评工具系统评价能为研究者和实践者选择最佳结局指标测评工具提供重要依据。为了提升基于COSMIN方法的结局指标测评工具系统评价的报告质量,国外学者于2024年6月在J Clin Epidemiol发表了PRISMA-COSMIN报告规范。本文对该规范的制作团队、制作过程以及条目进行介绍,并结合实例对条目进行分析,以期帮助国内研究者提高此类系统评价的整体质量。The selection of outcome measurement instruments(OMI)is a prerequisite for accurately collecting health outcome data.Conducting a systematic review of OMI can provide an important reference for researchers and practitioners to select the most appropriate OMI.In order to improve the reporting quality of the systematic review of OMI,foreign researchers published the PRISMA-COSMIN reporting guideline in the J Clin Epidemiol in June 2024.This article introduces the research team,development process,and items of the reporting guideline,and analyzes the items with examples.We hope our attempt could help domestic researchers improve the overall quality of OMI systematic reviews.
