阿立哌唑联合计算机认知矫正与综合心理治疗对青少年精神分裂症患儿认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑联合计算机认知矫正与综合心理治疗青少年精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SCH)的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月萍乡市第二人民医院收治的80例青少年SCH患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗,研究组给予阿立哌唑联合计算机认知矫正与综合心理治疗。比较两组临床症状严重程度、临床疗效、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment scale,MoCA)评分]、社会功能[住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(scale of social function in psychosis inpatients,SSPI)评分]、心理状况及健康状况。结果治疗后,研究组阳性、阴性症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组MoCA、SSPI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组抑郁、慌乱、紧张、愤怒评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、生命活力、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能及总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合计算机认知矫正与综合心理治疗青少年SCH效果确切,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善其认知功能与心理状况,提高患儿健康水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of aripiprazole combined with computer cognitive correction and comprehensive psychotherapy on adolescent schizophrenia(SCH).Methods 80 adolescent children with SCH treated in Pingxiang NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the study group was treated with aripiprazole combined with computer cognitive correction and comprehensive psychotherapy.The severity of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,cognitive function(Montreal cognitive assessment scale[MoCA]score),social function(scale of social function in psychosis inpatients[SSPI]score),psychological status and health status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the positive and negative symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MoCA and SSPI in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of depression,panic,tension and anger in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,mental health,vitality,body pain,social function,emotional function and overall health in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with computer cognitive correction and comprehensive psychotherapy has a better effect on adolescent with SCH,which can effectively alleviate the clini
