中和辨治联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究中和辨治联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月九江市第一人民医院收治的80例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中和辨治方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血清消化酶[胃蛋白酶原(pepsinogen,PG)Ⅰ、PGⅡ、胃泌素17(gastrin 17,G-17)]及炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中和辨治联合四联治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎效果显著,可减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状和胃黏膜萎缩,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhonghe syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with HP positive chronic gastritis admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zhonghe syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,serum digestive enzymes(pepsinogen[PG]Ⅰ,PGⅡ,gastrin 17[G-17])and inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],C-reactive protein[CRP])levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡand G-17 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Zhonghe syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis is significant,can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve clinical symptoms and atrophy of gastric mucosa,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
