摘　　要：目的探究SOX方案与TOF方案在进展期胃癌患者中的应用效果及价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月九江市第一人民医院收治的100例进展期胃癌患者作为研究对象,通过电脑分组法随机分为对照组与实验组,每组50例。对照组给予TOF方案(紫杉醇、奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶)治疗,实验组给予SOX方案(替吉奥联合奥沙利铂)治疗。比较两组客观缓解率、疾病控制率、Karnofsky功能状态评分、不良反应发生情况、中位无进展生存时间。结果两组客观缓解率、疾病控制率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,实验组Karnofsky功能状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为22.00%,低于对照组的46.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中位无进展生存时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论SOX方案与TOF方案均是治疗进展期胃癌的常用化疗方案,治疗效果相当,但SOX方案的安全性比TOF方案高,患者均可耐受,可更有效地改善患者健康状态和预后。Objective To explore the effect and value of SOX regimen and TOF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Jiujiang No.1 People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by computer grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TOF regimen(paclitaxel,oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil),and the experimental group was treated with SOX regimen(tiggio combined with oxaliplatin).The objective response rate,disease control rate,Karnofsky functional status score,occurrence of adverse reactions and median progression-free survival were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in objective remission rate and disease control rate between the two groups.After treatment,the Karnofsky functional status score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 22.00%,which was lower than 46.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in median progression-free survival between the two groups.Conclusion Both SOX regimen and TOF regimen are common chemotherapy programs for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,and the treatment effect is comparable,but the safety of SOX regimen is higher than that of TOF regimen,and patients can tolerate it,which can improve health status and prognosis of patients more effectively.
