超声检测透明隔腔异常在产前诊断胎儿中枢神经系统畸形中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究超声检测透明隔腔异常在产前诊断胎儿中枢神经系统畸形中的临床价值。方法选取2019年3月至2023年6月于济南市章丘区妇幼保健院进行产前系统超声检查的8432名孕妇作为研究对象,并对其中70例透明隔腔异常胎儿进行颅脑重点扫查,总结分析其声像图特点,对引产或产后随访结果进行进一步分析。结果超声检出透明隔腔缺如37例、透明隔腔减小23例、透明隔腔增大10例,通过对70例透明隔异常胎儿观察随访,随访结果证实产前超声诊断结果一致。结论采用超声检测胎儿透明隔腔,对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的类别和程度有重要的价值和临床意义,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound detection of abnormal cavum septum pellucidum in prenatal diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformations.Methods 8432 pregnant women who underwent prenatal systematic ultrasound examination in Zhangqiu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and 70 cases of fetuses with abnormal septum pellucidum underwent focused brain scanning,and their sonographic features were summarized and analyzed,and the results of induced labor or postpartum follow-up were further compared and analyzed.Results Ultrasound found that there were 37 cases of absence of septum pellucidum,23 cases of decrease of septum pellucidum and 10 cases of increase of septum pellucidum,through observation and follow-up of 70 fetuses with abnormal septum pellucidum,the follow-up results confirmed that the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis results were consistent.Conclusion Ultrasonic detection of fetal cavum septum pellucidum is of great value and clinical significance in distinguishing the fetal central nervous system malformations,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
