摘　　要：目的系统评价医护人员在新生儿安宁疗护(NPC)中照护体验的质性研究,为更好地开展NPC提供依据。方法计算机系统检索Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库中与医护人员对NPC照护体验有关的质性研究及混合性研究,检索时限均为建库至2024年1月31日。使用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入11篇文献,提炼出76个研究结果,归纳为7个类别,综合为负性体验明显,应对多种挑战、实践中学习成长,期望获得多方面支持3个整合结果。结论医护人员对NPC照护体验复杂,身心压力较大,渴望多种支持,建议重视医护人员实施NPC的照护体验和需求,构建多层面的支持体系,从而改善NPC服务质量。ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the qualitative research on the experience of healthcare professionals in neonatal palliative care(NPC),so as to provide a basis for the development of NPC.MethodsQualitative and mixed studies on healthcare professionals'experiences of NPC were searched in the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,VIP,and China Biology Medicine disc by computer.The search period was from the establishment of the database to January 31,2024.Literature quality was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center.Meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the results.ResultsA total of 11 articles were included to distill 76 findings,which were ultimately grouped into seven categories and synthesized into three integrative results of significant negative experiences,coping with multiple challenges,learning and growing through practice,and expecting support from multiple sources.ConclusionsHealthcare professionals have a complex experience of NPC,are physically and mentally stressed,and crave a variety of supports.It is recommended to emphasize the experience and needs of healthcare professionals implementing NPC,and to build a multifaceted support system so as to improve the quality of NPC services.
