摘　　要：目的:探究不同分期结直肠癌患者血清中鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)、癌抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平的变化规律。方法:回顾性选取2022年2月至2023年11月我院经病理确诊并明确分期的86例结直肠癌患者作为研究参与者。根据美国癌症联合会AJCC第8版肿瘤分期系统对患者进行分期。采用磁微粒化学发光法检测所有患者术前血清中SCCAg、CA125、CEA及AFP的水平,并收集患者的临床资料,包括年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、大小、分化程度和临床TNM分期。利用统计软件进行数据分析,比较不同分期患者上述肿瘤标志物水平的差异。结果:随着结直肠癌临床TNM分期的进展,SCCAg、CA125、CEA及AFP的血清水平呈现不同程度的升高趋势,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者SCCAg、CA125、CEA及AFP水平值依次增高(P<0.05)。此外,相关性分析显示,结直肠癌SCCAg、CA125、CEA及AFP水平和临床TNM分期有显著相关性。结论:结直肠癌患者血清中SCCAg、CA125、CEA及AFP的水平与肿瘤临床TNM分期密切相关,可作为评估病情严重程度及预测预后的有效生物标志物。Objective To investigate the changing rules of serum levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCAg),cancer antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in patients with different stages of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with pathologically confirmed and clearly staged colorectal cancer in our hospital from February 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study participants.Patients were staged according to the 8th edition of tumor staging system of the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC).The preoperative serum levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in all patients were detected by magnetic particle chemiluminescence method.The clinical data of patients were collected,including age,gender,tumor location,size,differentiation degree and clinical TNM staging.Statistical software was used to analyze the data and compare the differences in the levels of tumor markers in patients with different stages.Results With the progress of clinical TNM staging of colorectal cancer,the serum levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP showed varying degrees of increasing trends,and the levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in patients with stageⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣof colorectal cancer increased in turn(P<0.05).In addition,correlation analysis showed that the levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in colorectal cancer were significantly correlated with clinical TNM staging.Conclusion The serum levels of SCCAg,CA125,CEA and AFP in patients with colorectal cancer are closely related to the clinical TNM staging of the tumor,and can be used as the effective biomarkers to evaluate the severity of the disease and predict the prognosis.
