“行正气”理念视域下针灸调节免疫治疗亚健康状态的思考

摘　　要：关于亚健康状态的研究,西医主要机制之一为免疫功能异常,中医则多总结为正气不足。通过针灸调节免疫来阐释亚健康状态针灸治疗的西医免疫作用机理;从中医正气存在状态角度分析亚健康状态的机理,提出“沉寂”之正气、郁阻之正气的病症机制,并从针灸调动和唤醒“沉寂”的正气、激发和运行郁阻之正气视角提出“针灸行正气”,探讨其在亚健康状态中的应用价值和意义。This study on the sub-health state identifies that the Western medical mechanism mainly attributes it to immune dysfunction,while Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)summarizes it as insufficient healthy Qi(vital energy).This paper explains the Western medical immune mechanisms of acupuncture treatment for sub-health states by regulating immunity.It analyzes the mechanism of sub-health states from the perspective of the existence of healthy Qi in TCM,proposing the pathological mechanisms of“dormant”healthy Qi and“stagnant”healthy Qi.Additionally,it suggests the concept of“acupuncture to promote healthy Qi,”aiming to discuss its application value and significance in sub-health states by stimulating and awakening“dormant”healthy Qi and promoting and circulating“stagnant”healthy Qi.
