摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎被称之为“绿色癌症”,是一种炎症性肠病,可导致多种慢性并发症,其难治愈易复发性给患者的生活带来了诸多不便和挑战。现代医学和传统中医学都对此疾病展开了大量的临床和实验研究,以期可以挖掘其内在的机制,从而提高临床疗效。《黄帝内经》中最早记载伏邪理论,其理论特点与溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制具有很密切的联系,具体表现为溃疡性结肠炎遇感而发、病势缠绵,周期性、反复性发作等,这与溃疡性结肠炎发病期树突状细胞被激活,炎症反应的发生发展相趋同。文章基于“伏邪”阶段性概述树突状细胞在溃疡性结肠炎中的作用,就近年来国内外相关研究进展进行系统回顾并梳理归纳,以期为治疗溃疡性结肠炎并防止其向恶性转化提供思路和方法。Ulcerative colitis,known as“green cancer”,is an inflammatory bowel disease that can lead to various chronic complications.Its difficulty in curing and tendency to relapse bring numerous inconveniences and challenges to patients'lives.Both modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have conducted extensive clinical and experimental studies on this disease,aiming to uncover its underlying mechanisms in order to improve clinical efficacy.The earliest account of the incubative pathogenic factors theory is found in the Huang Di Nei Jing,and its theoretical characteristics are closely related to the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.Specifically,ulcerative colitis is triggered by external pathogenic factors,with a protracted disease course and periodic,recurrent flare-ups.This mirrors the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,in which dendritic cells are activated during the onset of the disease,leading to the initiation and progression of the inflammatory response.This paper will provide a phased overview of the role of dendritic cells in ulcerative colitis based on the theory of incubative pathogenic factors,along with a systematic review and summary of recent relevant research progress both domestically and internationally.The aim is to provide insights and methods for treating ulcerative colitis and preventing its malignant transformation.
