摘　　要：鳃裂囊肿癌变在临床上罕见,且临床体征缺乏特异性,其诊断需要严格遵循最新诊断标准,并与良性囊性病变、囊性转移性癌等相鉴别。本文报道了1例我院收治的鳃裂囊肿癌变病例,并结合文献对其临床表现、诊断、治疗及随访情况进行回顾分析,旨在为临床诊疗提供参考。Branchial cleft cyst carcinoma is very rare in clinic,and the clinical signs are not specific.The diagnosis of branchial cleft cyst carcinomas should strictly follow the latest diagnostic criteria,and be distinguished from benign cystic lesions and cystic metastatic carcinomas.This paper reports a case of branchial cleft cyst carcinomatous transformation in our hospital,and reviews its clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up with reference to the literature.It aims to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
