摘　　要：高校科学研究和实验实践教学的发展离不开大型仪器设备的支撑,随着大型仪器设备采购量的急剧增加,大型仪器设备管理便成为管理者的重要任务。针对目前大型设备管理普遍存在的问题,结合上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院大型设备管理实践进行分析探索,在制度方面提出了分级管理体制、修订管理制度、加强购置前可行性论证、优化招标流程管理、完善使用报废制度等,同时加强大型设备管理人才体系建设、完善大型仪器设备维修维护管理、建立并完善大型仪器设备开放共享平台等系列举措,并以平台的运行验证了管理措施的可执行性。从而为促进大型仪器设备更好地为实验教学和科技创新服务,提高设备使用率,为科学管理大型仪器设备提供参考。Valuable instruments and equipment are the base and support for teaching and research in universities.The number of valuable instruments and equipment in colleges and universities was greatly increased.Valuable instruments and equipment management has become an important task for managers.The current situation and problems of the utilization efficiency of valuable instruments and equipment in colleges and universities were analyzed in this paper.Based on the management of School of Mechanical Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University,the paper suggested that we ought to have hierarchical management system,revise and improve the system,improve purchasing demonstration and bidding process management,improve the scrap system,strengthen its contingent,reinforce daily management,intensify extent of sharing and so on.Analysis results provide useful reference for better service of valuable instruments and equipment in experimental teaching and research,improvement of equipment utilization,and scientific management of valuable instruments and equipment.
