摘  要:为了解决教学科研中试管清洗后无法迅速干燥并投入使用的问题,研发了一款适用于实验室环境的智能试管烘干器,能够显著缩短操作时间,提高工作效率。采用空气流动的方式,通过微型风机进行气流输送,并利用加热元件提高试管内部温度,使水分快速蒸发,从而达到烘干的目的。这一设备可通过移动终端远程控制温度和时间,实现试管烘干的自动化,已获得实用新型专利。适用于实验室中广泛使用的多种试管型号,可一次性烘干15根试管,且该过程仅需3分钟,具备方便、安全、高效等多重优点。详细介绍了该设备的设计原理以及在实验教学中的应用效果反馈。In order to solve the problem of test tubes not being able to be dried quickly and put into use after being cleaned in experimental courses,an intelligent test tube dryer for laboratory environments has been developed,which can significantly shorten the operation time and improve the quality of teaching.The dryer adopts an air flow method and utilizes a heating element to raise the internal temperature of the test tubes so that the moisture evaporates quickly,thus achieving the purpose of drying.This device can be used to remotely control the temperature and time through the mobile terminal,realizing the automation of test tube drying,and has obtained a utility model patent.It is suitable for a wide range of test tube models widely used in laboratories,and can dry 15 test tubes at one time,and the whole drying process can be completed in only 3 minutes,with multiple advantages of convenience,safety and high efficiency.The article describes in detail the design principle of the equipment,as well as the feedback on the application effect in laboratory teaching.
