摘  要:创新多元培养路径,提升教育技术专业学生实践创新能力,是破解该专业学生就业与发展困境的突破口。以专业执业情境为出发点,在全面解构该专业实践创新能力的内涵意指与发展进阶机理的基础上,结合中南民族大学近年在教育技术专业人才联合培育方面的有益探索与成功经验,提炼了以“资源整合”、“任务驱动”、“研学一体”、“双师赋能”、“跨界融合”为核心指向的专业实践创新能力培养行动框架,以期在实践层面上为教育技术应用型创新人才培养提供新的思路。Improve the practical innovation ability of students majoring in educational technology through innovating diversified cultivation paths,which is the breakthrough to solve the employment and development difficulties of students in the major.The article started from the professional practice situation,and based on a comprehensive deconstruction of the connotation and development mechanism of professional practice and innovation ability,then combined it with the beneficial exploration and successful experience of the school in the joint cultivation of educational technology students for recent years to refine an action framework of professional practice and innovation ability cultivation,which took“resource integration”,“task-driven”,“integration of research and learning”,“double teachers enabling”and“cross-border integration”as the core,hoping to provide new ideas for the cultivation of educational technology application-oriented talents at the practical level.
