摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨红细胞参数计算公式在广西地区地中海贫血(TT)和缺铁性贫血(IDA)诊断中的应用价值,并评估其适用性。方法收集广西南溪山医院2024年1月至2024年8月176例TT和IDA患者的临床测试数据,包括红细胞参数、血红蛋白等指标。通过对不同计算公式进行统计分析比较,评估其在区分TT和IDA方面的敏感度、特异度和准确性,并探讨其在实际临床诊断中的应用价值。结果Sirdah红细胞参数计算公式在鉴别TT和IDA中表现出较高的F1值(0.817)和AUC值(0.846),为临床诊断提供了有力的支持。此外,根据最大YI值计算得Si计算公式的新cut-off值为35.930。结论本研究为广西地区TT和IDA的鉴别诊断计算公式提供了新的截断值和依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective This study aims to evaluate the application value of red blood cell parameter calculation formulas in diagnosing thalassemia(TT)and iron deficiency anemia(IDA)in the Guangxi region.Methods We analyzed clinical test data from 176 patients with thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia at Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous,collected between January 2024 and August 2024.The data included indicators such as red blood cell parameters and hemoglobin levels.Statistical analyses were conducted to compare various calculation formulas,assessing their sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in distinguishing between thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia while exploring their practical application in clinical diagnosis.Results The Sirdah red blood cell parameter formula demonstrated a high F1 score(0.817)and AUC value(0.846)in differentiating thalassemia from iron deficiency anemia,providing strong support for clinical diagnosis.Additionally,a new cut-off value of 35.930 was calculated for the Si formula based on the maximum YI value.Conclusions This study provides new cut-off values and a basis for the differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia in the Guangxi region,offering significant clinical value.
