摘　　要：目的分析讨论基底核性失语患者采用言语康复治疗技术联合小组治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院2022年1月至2023年12月所接收的80例基底核性失语患者为研究对象,平均分为观察组(言语康复治疗技术联合小组治疗,40例)与对照组(常规康复治疗,40例)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组语言功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组比对照组的心理弹性更高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组自护能力高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组体重指数高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论言语康复治疗技术联合小组治疗在基底核性失语患者治疗中效果明显。Objective Analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of speech rehabilitation therapy combined with group therapy in patients with basal ganglia aphasia.Methods Eighty patients with basal ganglia aphasia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were evenly divided into an observation group(speech rehabilitation therapy combined with group treatment,40 cases)and a control group(conventional rehabilitation treatment,40 cases).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the language function scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the psychological elasticity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-care ability of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass index of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The life quality of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of speech rehabilitation therapy and group therapy has significant effects in the treatment of patients with basal ganglia aphasia.
