作业疗法在精神分裂症患者居家康复中对其社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在精神分裂居家康复患者中使用作业疗法对其社会功能的影响。方法在2023年1月至2023年12月于龙岩市新罗区的在册居家精神分裂患者中选取300例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各150例,对照组使用常规诊疗模式干预,研究组在对照组的干预基础上使用作业疗法,比较两组干预前和干预后3、6、12个月的阴性与阳性精神症状[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)]、用药依从性[用药依从性量表(MMAS-8)]、日常生活能力情况[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]、社会功能缺陷情况[社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)]、社会支持力量(社会支持评定量表)和家庭负担情况(家庭疾病负担量表)。结果干预后3、6、12个月,研究组的PANSS得分较对照组低(P<0.05);MMAS-8、ADL得分较对照组高(P<0.05);SDSS得分较对照组低(P<0.05),社会支持评定量表得分高于对照组(P<0.05);家庭疾病负担量表得分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者的居家康复中使用作业疗法,可有效缓解患者的病情,提高患者的用药依从性,提高患者的社会功能,增加患者的社会支持,减轻患者的家庭负担。Objective To explore the effect of occupational therapy on social function in home rehabilitation patients with schizophrenia.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,300 registered patients with family schizophrenia in Xinluo District,Longyan City were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 150 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional diagnosis and treatment mode intervention,and the research group was treated with occupational therapy on the basis of the intervention of the control group.The negative and positive psychiatric symptoms(PANSS),medication compliance(MMAS-8),ability of daily living(ADL),and social functional deficits(SDSS)were compared between the two groups before intervention and 3,6,and 12 months [after intervention],social support strength(Social support Rating Scale)and family burden(Family Disease Burden Scale).Results At 3,6 and 12 months after intervention,the PANSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MMAS-8 and ADL were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).SDSS score was lower than control group(P<0.05),social support rating scale score was higher than control group(P<0.05).The score of family disease burden scale was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of occupational therapy in home rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition,improve the patient’s medication compliance,improve the patient’s social function,increase the patient’s social support,and reduce the patient’s family burden.
