微生物检验在尿路感染预防和诊断治疗中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析尿路感染诊断中,使用微生物检验的诊断效能和治疗效果。方法选择临沂市妇幼保健院在2023年1月至2024年1月期间接诊的122例疑似尿路感染患者,均给予尿常规检验、微生物检验,将尿培养结果作为金标准,分析微生物检验应用在尿路感染预防与治疗中的有效性。结果尿培养结果(金标准)显示,50例阳性、72例阴性。尿常规检验共检出48例阳性、74例阴性,Kappa值为0.761;微生物检验共检出50例阳性、72例阴性,Kappa值为0.966。微生物检验的准确度98.36%、灵敏度98.00%高于尿常规检验88.52%、84.00%(χ^(2)=9.631,P=0.001;χ^(2)=5.982,P=0.014)。微生物检验的特异度高于尿常规检验,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。50例尿路感染患者治疗中总有效率为98.00%。结论尿路感染诊断中使用微生物检验具有较高的诊断效能,有利于为临床治疗提供参考。Objective Analyse the diagnosis and treatment effect of microbial examination in urine infection.Methods All 122 suspected patients with urinary tract infection were selected from our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024,and all of them were given routine urine test and microbiological test.The results of urine culture were taken as the gold standard to analyze the effectiveness of microbiological test in the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection.Results Urine culture results(gold standard)showed that 50 cases were positive and 72 cases were negative.A total of 48 cases were positive and 74 cases were negative,and the Kappa value was 0.761.A total of 50 cases were positive and 72 cases were negative,and the Kappa value was 0.966.The accuracy and sensitivity of microbiological test were 98.36%and 98.00%,respectively,higher than that of routine urine test 88.52%and 84.00%(χ^(2)=9.631,P=0.001;χ^(2)=5.982,P=0.014).The specificity of microbiological test was higher than that of urine routine test,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 98.00%in 50 patients with urinary tract infection.Conclusions Microscopical examination has a good diagnostic effect in diagnosing urogenital infection.It is helpful for clinic therapy and has great applied value.
