多元化正向情感唤醒应用于腹腔镜宫颈癌术后患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨多元化正向情感唤醒应用于腹腔镜宫颈癌术后患者的效果。方法选取厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的60例腹腔镜宫颈癌术后患者,纳入时间为2021年1月至2023年1月,采取随机平行法将其分为观察组(31例)和对照组(29例)。对照组给予常规苏醒干预,观察组给予多元化正向情感唤醒干预。干预1周后,对比两组患者希望水平(Herth希望指数量表)、疼痛程度[数字评定量表(NRS)]及术后恢复情况[术后苏醒时间、术后拆线时间、术后住院时间]。结果干预后,观察组积极行动、态度及与他人亲密关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组NRS评分低于对照组;观察组术后苏醒时间、术后拆线时间及术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜宫颈癌术后患者采用多元化正向情感唤醒进行干预,可以提高患者对疾病治愈产生的希望,缓解患者疼痛,促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the effect of diversified positive emotional arousal in patients after laparoscopic cervical cancer surgery.Methods Sixty patients with laparoscopic cervical cancer treated in Xiamen women and children’s hospital affiliated to Xiamen university were selected and included from January 2021 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(29 cases).The control group was given routine awakening intervention,while the observation group was given diversified positive emotional awakening intervention.One week after the intervention,the hope level(Herth hope index scale),pain degree(NRS)and postoperative recovery(postoperative recovery time,postoperative suture removal time and postoperative hospitalization time)of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of positive action,attitude and intimacy with others in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).NRS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the postoperative recovery time,the postoperative suture removal time and the postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intervening in patients with laparoscopic cervical cancer after operation with diversified positive emotional arousal can improve patients’hope for disease cure,relieve patients’stress state after operation and promote patients’recovery.
