摘 要:目的研究全自动生化分析仪在肝功能检测中的应用。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月在本院诊断的肝功能异常患者200例为观察组,另选同期健康人群200名作为参照,即对照组,两组均行全自动生化分析仪进行检测;比较两组的检测结果。结果观察组与对照组的肝功能指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性肝炎与重型肝炎的肝功能指标检测结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组的血浆黏度水平均更高(P<0.05)。结论运用全自动生化分析仪对多项肝功能指标进行精密检测,能够明确区分患者与健康个体的生理差异。疾病进程的推进伴随着肝功能指标的动态变化,此变化为临床医师提供了极具价值的参考依据。Objective To study the application of fully automatic biochemical analyzer in liver function testing.Methods A total of 200 patients with liver dysfunction diagnosed in our hospital between June 2023 and June 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 200 healthy individuals were selected as the control group during the same period.Both groups were tested using a fully automated biochemical analyzer;Compare the test results of two groups.Results There was a significant difference in liver function indicators between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The was a significant difference in liver function indicators between chronic hepatitis and severe hepatitis(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of a fully automated biochemical analyzer for precise detection of multiple liver function indicators can clearly distinguish physiological differences between patients and healthy individuals.The progression of the disease is accompanied by dynamic changes in liver function indicators,which provide valuable reference for clinical physicians.
