摘　　要：目的探讨基于Teamsteep理论的3D打印技术在眼眶骨折手术中实施同质化护理的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年12月在大连市第三人民医院眼科收治的50例眼眶骨折手术患者,按照随机数字表法为试验组和对照组,各25例。试验组中基于Teamsteep理论的3D打印技术实施同质化护理方案以辅助手术规划和操作,并辅助制作个性化护理器械和模型;对照组则采用常规的手术护理配合方案。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、麻醉恢复时间、术后骨折愈合情况及患者满意度。结果与对照组相比,试验组手术时间、术中出血量和麻醉时间较低(P<0.05);试验组术后骨折愈合度和患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Teamsteep理论的3D打印技术在眼眶骨折手术中实施同质化护理,可使手术护理更加规范、专业,有助于提高医护人员手术配合的熟练度和工作效率,对提高眼眶骨折患者的护理质量具有重要指导意义。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology based on Teamsteep theory in homogeneous nursing in orbital fracture surgery.Methods Fifty patients with orbital fracture treated in the Ophthalmology department of the Third People’s Hospital of Dalian from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the trial group and the control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.In the trial group,the 3D printing technology based on Teamsteep theory implemented a homogeneous nursing scheme to assist in surgical planning and operation,and assisted in the production of personalized nursing equipment and models;the control group adopted a conventional surgical nursing matching scheme.Compare the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,anesthesia resuscitation time,postoperative fracture healing and patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and anesthesia time of trial group were lower(P<0.05).The degree of fracture healing and patient satisfaction in trial group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The 3D printing technology based on the theory of Teamsteep is used to implement homomorphic nursing in the operation of orbital fracture,can make the surgical care more standardized and professional,helps improve the skill and working efficiency of the surgical cooperation of medical staff,it is of great guiding significance to improve the nursing quality of patients with orbital fracture.
