摘　　要：目的观察扁平化责任制度下集束化干预对子宫肌瘤微创手术患者康复效率的影响。方法遴选2022年7月至2023年8月期间,于本科进行子宫肌瘤微创手术的60例患者,随机分为试验组、对照组,各30例患者。比较两组患者的临床相关指标,借助McGill疼痛问卷调查简表(SF-MPQ)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、满意度调查表评估两组疼痛程度、心理状况及满意度。结果干预后,试验组患者康复时间、康复效率、HADS评分、SF-MPQ评分和护理工作满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扁平化责任制度下集束化干预能更有效改善子宫肌瘤微创手术患者的临床指标和心理状况,并缓解患者的疼痛情况,提高其护理满意度,更有利于患者术后的预后康复。Objective To observe the influence of cluster intervention under flattening responsibility system on the rehabilitation efficiency in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for uterine fibroids.Methods Sixty patients who received minimally invasive surgery for uterine fibroids in the department from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomized into an test group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical related indicators were compared,and the pain degree,psychological status and satisfaction in the two groups were evaluated by means of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)and satisfaction questionnaire.Results After intervention,the rehabilitation time,rehabilitation efficiency,HADS scores,SF-MPQ scores and nursing job satisfaction in test group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster intervention under flattening responsibility system can effectively improve the clinical indicators and psychological status of patients with minimally invasive surgery for uterine fibroids,relieve the pain status,and enhance the nursing satisfaction,and it is conducive to the prognosis rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
