摘　　要：近年来,监狱管理方式及罪犯结构的转变导致监狱安全治理面临严峻挑战。因此,全面增强监狱警察队伍的实战技能和综合素质成为提升监狱安全治理的关键。警务现场急救培训工作须改进课程内容、实施过程、师资力量及教学资源配置等,以期进一步提高培训成效。In recent years,due to changes in prison management models and the composition of prisoners,prison security is facing a very severe situation.Comprehensively enhancing the practical capabilities and comprehensive qualities of the prison police force is an important means to improve prison safety management.The on-site emergency training for police needs to improve the course content,implementation process,teaching staff,and allocation of teaching resources in order to further enhance the effectiveness of the training.
