摘　　要：目的 探讨生物活性玻璃创面凝胶(康倍)治疗头颈癌放疗相关性口腔黏膜炎(RTOM)的临床效果。方法 选择2021年7月—2023年12月本院收治的60例头颈癌RTOM患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组加用康倍治疗,持续4周。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、疾病改善情况及睡眠质量。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后NRS评分为(2.73±0.32)分,低于对照组的(3.33±0.35)分,疼痛缓解及溃疡愈合时间为(5.65±1.14)d、(13.58±1.25)d,短于对照组的(7.49±1.18)d、(17.89±1.37)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PSQI评分各维度及总分为(1.04±0.17)分、(0.85±0.14)分、(0.79±0.12)分、(0.98±0.23)分、(0.69±0.12)分、(0.78±0.13)分、(0.88±0.15)分、(6.01±1.12)分,均低于对照组的(1.37±0.25)分、(1.12±0.25)分、(1.04±0.25)分、(1.27±0.28)分、(0.92±0.16)分、(0.93±0.17)分、(1.19±0.19)分、(9.84±1.17)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康倍治疗头颈癌RTOM效果更佳,可缩短溃疡愈合时间,加快患者疼痛消失,以减轻睡眠障碍。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bioactive glass wound gel(Kangbei)in the treatment of radiotherapy-related oral mucositis(RTOM)in patients with head and neck cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with head and neck cancer-related RTOM admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to December 2023 were randomly assigned to two groups using a random number table:the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Kangbei for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,pain score,disease improvement,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The NRS score after treatment was(2.73±0.32),which was lower than the control group's score of(3.33±0.35).The time for pain relief and ulcer healing was(5.65±1.14)days and(13.58±1.25)days,respectively,which was shorter than the control group's times of(7.49±1.18)days and(17.89±1.37)days.These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group in all dimensions and the total score,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Kangbei has a better therapeutic effect on RTOM in head and neck cancer,shortening the healing time of ulcers,accelerating the disappearance of pain in patients,and alleviating sleep disorders.
