摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会将完善中国特色社会主义法治体系作为全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的关键举措,并将健全公正司法体制机制作为完善中国特色社会主义法治体系的主要内容。健全公正司法体制机制既是司法改革的重要使命,也是其基本方向。深刻把握“健全公正司法体制机制”的丰富内涵和实践要求,应当从健全刑事司法体制、民事司法体制、行政审判体制和国家执行体制四个方面着力:健全各司其职、相互配合、相互制约的体制机制以完善刑事司法体制;规范专门法院设置以完善民事司法体制;深化管辖制度改革以完善行政审判体制;深化审执分离以健全国家执行体制。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee took improving the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics as a key measure to the comprehensive and deeper reform and Chinese modernization,and also took improving the impartial judicial system and mechanism as the main content of improving the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Improving impartial judicial system and mechanism is not only an important requirement in judicial reform,but also its fundamental direction.To fully grasp the rich connotation and practical requirements of"improving impartial judicial system and mechanism",efforts should be made in four aspects of improving criminal judicial system,civil judicial system,administrative adjudication system and national enforcement system,namely,improving the system and mechanism of each performing its own functions,cooperating with each other,and restricting each other to improve the criminal justice system;establishing special courts in a normative way to improve the civil judicial system;conducting a deeper reform of the jurisdiction system to improve the administrative adjudication system;promoting the separation of adjudication and enforcement to improve the national enforcement system.
