摘　　要：抑郁症作为严重危害人们身心健康的心理疾病,其发病率呈逐年递增趋势,术后抑郁作为接受外科手术和麻醉后的常见并发症之一,对患者的术后康复进程和医疗负担都产生了负面影响。常规的抗抑郁药物存在药效滞后问题,对于术后重度抑郁无法达到快速缓解的目的,而近些年氯胺酮及其相关化合物在对抗抑郁症领域的研究的突破,为快速缓解患者术后抑郁症状提供了希望,本文针对氯胺酮及其对映体在治疗术后抑郁方面的研究进行了系统的总结与讨论。As a mental disease that seriously endangers people′s physical and mental health,the incidence of depression is increasing year by year.As one of the common complications after surgery and anesthesia,postoperative depression has a negative impact on the postoperative rehabilitation process and medical burden of patients.Conventional antidepressants have the problem of delayed efficacy,which cannot achieve rapid remission of severe depression after surgery.In recent years,breakthroughs in the research of ketamine and its related compounds in the field of anti-depression have provided hope for rapid relief of postoperative depressive symptoms.This article systematically summarizes and discusses the research progress of ketamine and its enantiomers in the treatment of postoperative depression.
