基于《脾胃论》“安养心神调治脾胃论”辨治癌性疼痛的思路

摘　　要：癌性疼痛(癌痛)是肿瘤患者最常见的症状之一,严重影响患者的身心健康。西医三阶梯止痛法疗效有限,且不良反应较大。《脾胃论》中“安养心神调治脾胃论”的思想对指导癌痛治疗有一定价值。正虚毒结是肿瘤形成的基本病机,正气亏虚、心神不安是癌性疼痛发生发展的重要因素。在中医整体观念的指导下,将安养心神与调理脾胃结合起来,在扶正解毒抗癌的基础上,补益脾胃与养心安神相辅相成,清心解郁与调理气机相得益彰,为癌痛的中医治疗提供新思路。Cancer pain is one of the most common symptoms in tumor patients and significantly affects their physical and mental health.The efficacy of the Western medicine three-step analgesic method is limited,and it often has substantial adverse reactions.The concept,“theory of nourishing and calming the heart spirit to regulate the spleen and stomach”in the Treatise on Spleen and Stomach,offer valuable guidance for cancer pain treatment.The fundamental pathogenesis of tumor formation is deficiency of the healthy qi and toxin accumulation,with healthy qi deficiency and restless spirit being important factors in the onset and development of cancer pain.Guided by the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),combining the nourishing and calming the heart spirit with the regulation of the spleen and stomach,and based on strengthening the healthy qi,removing toxin,and anti-cancer effects,this approach harmonizes the supplementation of the spleen and stomach with nourishing and calming the heart spirit.Additionally,clearing the heart and relieving depression complements the regulation of qi,providing a new perspective for TCM treatment of cancer pain.
