摘  要:建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定粽子专项抽检样品中安赛蜜含量的分析方法。采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速0.2 mL/min,柱温35℃。结果表明,安赛蜜在10~200 ng/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))为0.999 5,加标回收率平均为99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.81%。通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定15批粽子中的安赛蜜含量,发现2批粽子检测出安赛蜜,检出率为13.3%,安赛蜜的含量分别为0.057 g/kg、0.076 g/kg。该方法具有前处理简单、准确度高、检测速度快等优点。To establish an analytical method for the determination of acesulfame content in rice dumplings particular spot-check samples by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The chromatographic column used in this method was Agilent SB-C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);0.1%formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile was used as mobile phase for gradient elution;The flow rate was 0.2 mL/min,and the column temperature was 35℃.The results showed that acesulfame had a good linear relationship in the range of 10~200 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient(R^(2))was 0.9995,the average spiked recovery rate was 99.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.81%.Acesulfame content was determined in 15 batches of rice dumplings by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,acesulfame was detected in 2 batches of rice dumplings,the detection rate was 13.3%,the contents of acesulfame were 0.057 g/kg and 0.076 g/kg respectively.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high accuracy and fast detection speed.
