摘  要:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定养生茶中双氯芬酸钠的方法。以80%甲醇为溶剂,超声(200 W)提取20 min,0.02 mol/L乙酸铵+0.05%甲酸溶液∶乙腈=40∶60(v/v)为流动相,检测波长230 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃,进样量10μL,外标法定量。检出限5.350 mg/kg,线性范围1.02~204μg/mL,相关系数(R^(2))为0.9999,加标回收率在77.0%~106.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2%以内。该方法简单、准确、快速,与液质联用仪相比,该法成本低,普及率高,适用于养生茶中双氯芬酸钠的测定。A high-performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of diclofenac sodium in health tea.Using 80%methanol as solvent,200 W ultrasonic extraction for 20 min,0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate+0.05%formic acid solution∶acetonitrile=40∶60(v/v)as mobile phase,detection wavelength of 230 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 35℃,injection volume of 10μL,external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Detection limit was 5.350 mg/kg,linear range was 1.02~204μg/mL,correlation coefficient(R^(2))was 0.9999,spiked recovery rate was between 77.0%~106.7%,relative standard deviation(RSD)was within 2%.This method is simple,accurate,and fast.Compared with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,this method has lower cost and higher popularity rate,suitable for the determination of diclofenac sodium in health tea.
