黄河流域绿色金融对经济高质量发展的空间影响

摘　　要：黄河流域是我国重要的经济带。由于黄河流域水系长,上下游没有形成紧密的协作,因此,黄河流域沿线经济发展不平衡,部分地区的生态环境受到了较大的影响。为此,以2011—2021年黄河流域沿线9省区的绿色信贷、绿色投资、绿色保险等相关指标来表征绿色金融,构建绿色金融与经济高质量发展的综合评价体系,运用熵值法对数据进行测算,构建了黄河流域绿色金融与经济高质量发展指数,实证分析绿色金融对经济高质量发展的空间影响。研究发现:黄河流域沿线各省绿色金融发展水平整体呈增长态势;绿色金融可以通过绿色投资等手段推动对环境产生污染的企业实现绿色转型,使企业的产业结构向生态化方向发展,进而推动经济的高质量发展,使黄河流域沿线9省区更好地实现绿色金融与经济高质量发展的空间协同效应;绿色金融通过引导资金向环保领域聚集,促进产业结构向绿色转型,促进黄河流域的经济高质量发展和绿色金融产品与服务创新;在实现经济高质量发展的同时,进一步推动了绿色金融的健康发展。在此基础上,提出加快黄河流域沿线省份经济转型,促进绿色产业发展;强化黄河流域沿线省份的环境监管力度与创新水平;加强黄河流域各省份间的协同合作等对策建议。The Yellow River basin is an important economic belt in China.Due to the long water system of the Yellow River basin,the upstream and downstream do not form close cooperation.Therefore,the economic development along the Yellow River basin is unbalanced,and the ecological environment in some areas has been greatly affected.To this end,green finance is represented by green credit,green investment,green insurance and other related indicators of nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2021,and a comprehensive evaluation system of green finance and high-quality economic development is constructed.The entropy method is used to measure the data,and the green finance and high-quality economic development index of the Yellow River Basin is constructed.This paper empirically analyzes the spatial impact of green finance on high-quality economic development.The results show that the development level of green finance in the provinces along the Yellow River Basin shows an overall growth trend.Green finance can promote the enterprises that pollute the environment to realize green transformation through green investment and other means,so that the industrial structure of the enterprises can develop in the direction of ecology,and then promote the high-quality economic development,so that the nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin can better realize the spatial synergistic effect between green finance and high-quality economic development.By guiding funds to gather in the field of environmental protection,green finance promotes the transformation of industrial structure to green,and promotes high-quality economic development and innovation of green financial products and services in the Yellow River Basin.While achieving high-quality economic development,it further promotes the healthy development of green finance.On this basis,it is proposed to speed up the economic transformation of provinces along the Yellow River basin and promote the development of green industry.Strengthening environmental supervision
