钙改性二硫化钼纳米材料的制备及其对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能研究

摘  要:城市和工业废弃物中常含有重金属,其中铅(Pb)毒性强,会严重危害生态环境和人类身体健康。本文以钼酸铵和硫脲为前驱体、无水氯化钙为钙源,通过一步水热法合成钙改性新型二硫化钼复合材料(Ca-MoS_(2)),使用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪和拉曼光谱仪等手段对其结构进行了表征,并对Ca-MoS_(2)吸附去除废水中Pb^(2+)的有效性进行了试验验证,结果表明:Ca^(2+)能够促进MoS_(2)(100)峰的纵向生长,抑制(002)峰的生长,Ca-MoS_(2)形貌呈花状;Ca-MoS_(2)中出现了Ca-S的红外吸收峰,且层间距增大,提升了材料的吸附容量;当Ca-MoS_(2)添加量为0.1 g、反应温度为50℃、吸附时间为100 min、pH为6时,Ca-MoS_(2)对Pb^(2+)的去除率最高,为93.7%;经过6次循环后,Ca-MoS_(2)对Pb^(2+)的去除率仍在90%以上;当存在K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Zn^(2+)时,Ca-MoS_(2)对Pb^(2+)的去除率仍在84%以上。Ca-MoS_(2)对Pb^(2+)的吸附过程与伪二级动力学模型拟合性较好,决定系数为0.9975,Ca-MoS_(2)对Pb^(2+)的吸附方式为化学多分子层吸附。经钙改性后的MoS_(2)材料对Pb^(2+)具有较强的吸附性,且具有优异的循环利用性和吸附选择性。Urban and industrial wastes often contain heavy metals,among which lead(Pb)is highly toxic and can seriously endanger the ecological environment and human health.In this paper,a new calcium modified molybdenum disulfide composite(Ca-MoS_(2))was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method using ammonium molybdate and thiourea as precursors and anhydrous calcium chloride as calcium source.The structure of Ca-MoS_(2)was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The effectiveness of Ca-MoS_(2)in the adsorption and removal of Pb^(2+)in wastewater was verified by experiments.The results show that Ca^(2+)can promote the longitudinal growth of MoS_(2)(100)peak and inhibit the growth of(002)peak,and Ca-MoS_(2)has a flower-like morphology.The infrared absorption peak of Ca-S appeared in Ca-MoS_(2),and the interlayer spacing increased,which improved the adsorption capacity of the material.When the addition amount of Ca-MoS_(2)was 0.1 g,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the adsorption time was 100 min,and the pH was 6,the removal rate of Pb^(2+)by Ca-MoS_(2)was the highest,which was 93.7%.After 6 cycles,the removal rate of Pb^(2+)by Ca-MoS_(2)was still above 90%.In the presence of K^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and Zn^(2+),the removal rate of Pb^(2+)by Ca-MoS_(2)was still above 84%.The adsorption process of Pb^(2+)on Ca-MoS_(2)fits well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9975.The adsorption mode of Pb^(2+)on Ca-MoS_(2)is chemical multi-molecular layer adsorption.The calcium-modified MoS_(2)material has strong adsorption,excellent recycling and adsorption selectivity for Pb^(2+).
