摘  要:截齿排列方式影响螺旋滚筒截割煤岩性能,尤其端盘上的截齿排列相对复杂,其理论设计方法不够完善。利用斐波那契数列特征规律,提出一种非均匀截线距和圆周距截齿排列规律与参数的理论算法,给出了截槽对称指数、截齿综合密度的递增率和截割比能耗定量评价方法,应用有限元模拟了截割煤岩三向载荷谱。结果表明:基于斐波那契数列的排列规则,截齿排列的截线距与周向距等效匹配,形成周期性反序顺序截割煤岩,与常规式截齿排列相比,截槽对称指数提高了23%~40%,相邻截线截齿密度递增率均为1.6,截割比能耗降低了4%~8%;数列式截齿排列螺旋滚筒的轴向载荷均值明显减小,是常规式端盘截齿排列的29%,两种端盘截齿排列的垂直和水平截割载荷均值和峰值均值基本一致。This paper proposes a theoretical algorithm of the law and parameters behind the picks sequential arrangement of non-uniform truncation distance and circumferential distance by utilizing the characteristic law of Fibonacci series to address the relatively complicated picks arrangement on the end plate and imperfect theoretical design,which affects the performance of the spiral drum in cutting coal and rock.The study involves defining a quantitative evaluation method of the truncation groove symmetry index,the incremental rate of the picks density and the specific energy consumption,and simulating the three-direction loading spectrum of coal-rock cutting by using the finite element.The results show that based on Fibonacci series arrangement,cut spacing and circumferential spacing of the picks arrangement match equivalently,which forms a periodic reverse-sequence sequential truncation of coal rock,and compared with the conventional picks arrangement,the symmetry index of the truncation groove increases by 23%-40%,the increment rate of truncation density of adjacent truncated lines is 1.6 evenly,and the cutting ratio energy consumption is reduced by 4%-8%.The mean value of axial load of the spiral drum of sequential arrangement of picks is significantly reduced,which is 29%of the conventional end-disk picks,and the mean and peak values of vertical and horizontal truncated loads of the two end-disk picks arrangements are same basically.
