“主动健康”话语体系的结构样态、书写向度及内在张力

摘　　要：“主动健康”话语体系映射着我国卫生健康领域的意识形态,是我国健康体系建设的具象展现。在新时代健康治理转型的社会语境中,运用话语理论分析法及逻辑分析法,逐层建构“主动健康”话语体系,勾勒出政策话语、学术话语、公众话语三层独立的结构样态;呈现问题驱动、理论指导、目标导向、主体需求、国际引领五大书写向度;凸显以健康为目的、以主动为枢机、以人民为中心的内在张力。深入理解“主动健康”话语体系所蕴含的逻辑、价值和规律,有助于推进我国自主话语体系与健康中国建设,助推中国式现代化行稳致远。The discourse system of“proactive health”reflects the ideology in China’s health and healthcare field.It is a concrete manifestation of China’s health system construction.In the societal context of health governance transformation in the new era,this study uses theoretical analysis and logical analysis to meticulously construct the discourse system of“proactive health”,to delineate the three distinct independent structural modalities of policy discourse,academic discourse and public discourse,to illustrate the problem-driven,theory-directed,goal-oriented,demand-based and internationally leading writing orientation,and to highlight the internal tension of health as purpose,pro-activity as central mechanism,and centered on people as the core.Deeply understanding the logic,values and laws inherent in the discourse system of“proactive health”will help to empower the construction of China’s independent discourse system and Healthy China,and to boost the steady and long-term progress of Chinese modernization.
