摘  要:消防车主要通过喷射灭火剂实现灭火救援工作,灭火剂喷射时需要进行压力调整或保持压力稳定,当前主要依靠手动方式来实现灭火剂喷射压力的调整,鉴于此,设计一种基于PID算法的消防车自动稳压控制系统。以PLC控制器为核心,配合压力传感器和液位传感器进行状态检测,以传感器数据为基础,采用PID控制算法控制油门加减输出信号,通过CAN总线发送至底盘发动机ECU模块控制发动机转速,进而实现灭火剂喷射的自动稳压功能。通过试验验证,设计的自动稳压功能具有操作便捷、响应快、鲁棒性高、静态和动态性能好等优点,控制精度可以达到设定值±0.02MPa,达到了预期的设计效果。Fire fighting vehicles mainly achieve fire extinguishing and rescue by spraying fire extinguishing agents,while the spraying of fire extinguishing agents requires pressure adjustment or maintenance of pressure stability.Currently,it relies on manual ways to adjust the spraying pressure of fire extinguishing agents.In view of this,an automatic pressure stabilization control system for fire fighting vehicles based on PID algorithm is designed.With a PLC controller as the core,combined with a pressure sensor and a liquid level sensor for status detection,and based on sensor data,it adopts PID control algorithm to control the throttle up and down output signals and sends them to the chassis engine ECU module through the CAN bus to control the engine speed,thereby achieving the automatic pressure stabilization function of the fire extinguishing agent spraying.It is verified through tests that the designed automatic pressure stabilization function has the advantages of easy operation,fast response,high robustness,and good static and dynamic performance,with a control accuracy reaching the set value±0.02 MPa,which achieves the expected design effect.
