几种负载敏感多路阀试验台的主油源设计

摘　　要：多路阀是工程机械动作控制的核心,负载敏感多路阀以控制简便、系统自适应性强、发热量小为突出优点。对于多路阀试验台,准确模拟出多路阀实际工作的油路状态和载荷工况是获得真实测试数据的前提。针对负载敏感多路阀测试项目进行分析,对此类试验台的油源进行梳理总结,提出实际应用中设计过的几种主油源设计,并从成本、控制难易等多个角度进行比较。Directional control valves are the core of motion control of construction machinery,especially,load-sensing directional control valves,which have outstanding advantages such as easy control,strong system adaptability and low heat generation.For the test bench of directional control valves,accurately simulating the oil circuit state and load conditions of the directional control valve during actual operations is a prerequisite for obtaining real test data.The test items of load-sensing directional control valves are analyzed,oil sources of this type of test bench are sorted out and summarized,and several main oil sources that have been designed for practical applications are proposed and compared from several perspectives such as costs and control difficulty.
