超大直径盾构隧道内水浸后气动敏感元件潜在风险及应对策略研究

摘  要:探讨超大直径在建盾构隧道遭遇强降雨被雨水倒灌后,盾构内部气动敏感元件所面临的污水长期浸泡风险。通过实际案例,分析盾构内部气动敏感元件水浸后失效情况,元件受到损伤,导致短路或损坏、传感器测量精度下降、信号传输受阻、气动软管管路受压破裂等破坏和潜在风险。针对上述不可预测因素,提出优化气动敏感元件的防水设计,采用防水密封材料对元件进行保护,防止水分浸入,对高压压力元件进行有效更换,调整气动元件内驱压力和强化监测,及时发现并处理潜在的安全隐患。针对超大直径盾构特性提出的一系列措施有助于提高在建隧道工程的安全性和稳定性。The risks of long-term sewage immersion faced by pneumatic sensitive components inside the shield after the large-diameter shield tunnel under construction is poured into by rainwater in case of heavy rainfall are explored.Through practical cases,the failure of pneumatic sensitive components inside the shield after water immersion is analyzed,where the components are damaged,resulting in damages and potential risks such as short circuit or damage,decreased measurement accuracy of sensors,blocked signal transmission and rupture of pneumatic hoses under pressure.In view of the above unpredictable factors,it is proposed to optimize the waterproof design of pneumatic sensitive components.Waterproof sealing materials are used to protect the components from water,high-pressure components are effectively replaced,the indrive pressure of pneumatic components is adjusted,and monitoring is enhanced to promptly detect and deal with potential hazards.A series of measures proposed for the characteristics of the large-diameter shield can help to improve the safety and stability of the tunnel project under construction.
