摘 要:中医药治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)临床疗效肯定,但是具体的作用机制尚不清晰。代谢组学将生命体视为一个整体,在全面精确地阐释疾病小分子代谢产物的作用机制、种类和功能方面优势显著。代谢组学目前已被广泛应用于中医药防治AR的发病机制研究中,但尚未得到分析和总结。现以中医药防治AR的代谢组学研究为切入点,对AR疾病模型、中医药干预手段、代谢组学技术以及中医药干预AR的代谢组学实验设计思路等进行综述,旨在为利用代谢组学深入研究中医药防治AR的作用机制提供理论参考和借鉴。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has demonstrated clinical efficacy in treating allergic rhinitis(AR),but the specific mechanisms of action remain unclear.Metabolomics,which views the organism as a whole,has significant advantages in comprehensively and precisely elucidating the mechanisms,types,and functions of small-molecule metabolic products in diseases.Metabolomics has been widely applied in the study of the pathogenesis of AR in TCM prevention and treatment,yet it has not been fully analyzed or summarized.This review focuses on the metabolomics research of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AR,covering AR disease models,TCM interventions,metabolomics techniques,and experimental design ideas for metabolomics in TCM interventions for AR.This study is expected to provide theoretical references and insights for using metabolomics to further investigate the mechanisms of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AR.
