南方短尾负鼠的形态学及DNA条形码分析

摘　　要：对2023年9月21日天津口岸首次截获的来自巴西的鼠形动物进行形态学描述和DNA条形码比对,为国境口岸鼠形动物的鉴定提供参考资料。对该鼠形动物进行形态鉴定并描述,取该动物肌肉组织约1cm^(3),提取DNA并测序。经鉴定,其齿式、黄棕色毛、无袋及尾端弯曲特征较为典型,结合来源地判断为南方短尾负鼠,DNA条形码在BOLD及NCBI上的比对结果亦显示其与南方短尾负鼠有99%以上的同源性,最终确定该鼠形动物为南方短尾负鼠,系全国口岸首次截获,此为负鼠类动物第三次由天津口岸进入我国。为加强对该类鼠形动物随集装箱等及通工具等传入境内的防控,本次研究对南方短尾负鼠进行形态特征描述及DNA条形码比对,以供口岸检疫人员鉴别使用。To do the morphological description and DNA barcode comparison of a rodent-like animal from Brazil in-tercepted for the first time at Tianjin Port on September 21,2023,and provide reference materials for the identifica-tion of rodent-like animals at border ports.Methods Identify and describe the morphology of the animal,and take about 1cm^(3) of the animal's muscle tissue to extract and sequence DNA.After morphological identification,the toothed,yellow-brown hair,no pouch and tail curved characteristics were typical,and it was judged to be monodel-phis domestica based on those above and the place of origin.The DNA barcoding comparison results on BOLD and NCBI also showed that it had more than 99%homology with the monodelphis domestica and it was finally deter-mined to be monodelphis domestica.The rodent-like animal from Brazil was the first interception at the national port,and this was the third time that a possum entered China from Tianjin Port.In order to prevent this kind of rodent-like animal come to our country through freight container,describing the characters and DNA barcoding of it for quarantine people and research people.
