摘　　要：建设现代产业学院是精进人才培育供给侧改革的必然决策,代表着新发展观念的实质需求,以及满足产业进步所需的基础途径。随着社会的不断进步,高等教育机构在进行人才培育时应以靠省内乳品产业发展需求为基础,落实立德树人根本任务,依赖现代产业学院优化产教一体化的人才培养配合机制,执行扶持人才基本职责,探索乳品工程专业学位研究生培养模式,培育适应市场进步需求的高技巧、强素质的优质人才。The construction of modern industrial colleges is an inevitable decision to refine the supply-side reform of talent cultivation,representing the substantive needs of the new development concept and the basic way to meet the needs of industrial progress.With the continuous progress of the society,higher education institutions should rely on the development needs of the dairy industry in the province as the basis for talent cultivation,implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral character,rely on the modern industrial colleges to optimize the talent cultivation cooperation mechanism of the integration of production and education,perform the basic duties of supporting talents,explore the cultivation mode of the dairy engineering professional degree graduate students,and cultivate high skilled and strong quality talents to meet the market demand for progress.
