摘　　要：聚焦提高人民生活品质既是实现党的初心使命的关键,是对坚持以人民为中心的发展思想的具体实践,也是人民对美好生活的向往的集成和提升。这一理念体现了中国式现代化的独特价值观,坚持了以社会基本矛盾学说为主要内容的唯物史观的世界观,蕴含了改革的出发点和发力点辩证统一的历史辩证法的方法论。聚焦提高人民生活品质,需要以人民的整体、根本和长远利益作为谋划改革的出发点,把群众的急难愁盼作为发力点,让群众有更多获得感、幸福感、安全感,并营造良好的舆论氛围。Focusing on improving the people's quality of life is both the key to realising the original aspiration and the founding mission of the Party,the concrete practice of adhering to the people-centred development approach,and the integration and enhancement of the people's aspirations for a better life.This concept embodies the unique values of Chinese modernisation,adheres to the worldview of materialistic conception of history with the doctrine of basic social contradictions as its main content,and implies the methodology of the historical dialectic of dialectical unity between the starting point and the launching point of reform.Focusing on improving the people's quality of life requires taking the the overall,fundamental and long-term interests of the people as the starting point for reform planning,and the urgent difficulties and sorrows of the masses as the launching point of strength,so that the masses to have a greater sense of contentment,happiness and security,and to create a favourable public opinion atmosphere.
