网格化管理策略在医院感染管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨网格化管理策略在医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月东平县人民医院10名手术室护理人员,其中2023年1—6月实施常规护理管理为对照组,2023年7—12月实施网格化管理策略为试验组。比较两组护理人员的护理质量和综合能力。结果试验组护理人员的护理质量、综合能力各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网格化管理策略在医院感染护理管理中能够有效提升护理人员的护理质量和综合能力。Objective To explore the application effect of grid management strategy in nosocomial infection management.Methods Ten operating room nurses in Dongping County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected,among which routine nursing management was implemented from January to June 2023 as the control group,and grid management strategy was implemented from July to December 2023 as the experimental group.The nursing quality and comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality and comprehensive ability of nursing staff in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Grid management strategy can effectively improve nursing quality level and comprehensive ability of nursing staff in hospital infection nursing management.
