战国黄老学派之拟托作品再探研--以马王堆帛书、清华简等简帛文献为中心

摘　　要：近年来马王堆帛书《黄帝四经》、清华简、上博简等出土文献之中皆可见黄老学派作品的载录,但这些材料中不乏假托于黄帝、彭祖等闻名人物而作的拟托简帛文本。马王堆帛书《十大经》及清华简《殷高宗问于三寿》等文与传世文献《管子》《孟子》等相合的思想内容,彰显出战国时期诸子各派在思想上兼综混融并存的景象,黄老学派对阴阳、儒、墨、名、法等各家学说都有过承继与改创。不独黄老学派之作品,这种托名虚构的拟托文本作品,确然是广泛存在于彼时的诸子散文、历史散文之中的,借由近年出土简帛文献等材料对黄老学派托名创作文本进行研究,也为诸子文献的叙事理论研究提供了更立体的探究角度与更深入的研讨例证。Records of works from the Huang-Lao school have been found in the unearthed bamboo and silk literature,such as Mawangdui silk texts,particularly the“Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor,”along with the Tsinghua bamboo slips and the Shanghai Museum bamboo slips.However,many of these materials feature pseudo-attributed texts ascribed to renowned figures of Huang-Lao school such as the Yellow Emperor and Pengzu.The literature,such as the“Ten Classics”from the Mawangdui texts and“The Inquiry of King Yao by San Shou”from the Tsinghua slips,aligns with the extant texts like“Guanzi”and“Mengzi.”This illustrates the coexistence and integration of various philosophical schools during the Warring States period;the Huang-Lao school also borrowed and transformed ideas related to yin-yang,Confucianism,Moism,names,and legalism.Besides Huang-Lao school,pseudo-attributed texts were indeed prevalent in the prose of various philosophical schools and historical writings of that time.A study on these newly unearthed texts sheds insights on the narrative theories of various schools during that period.
