摘　　要：对U形钣金制件结构进行分析,设计了1副级进模,针对制件上的内螺纹孔,在模具上安装攻牙器,待成形制件在冲压的过程中同步对内螺纹孔进行攻牙。攻牙器中安装螺纹螺杆和齿轮结构,可以将上模的上、下运动转化为丝锥的旋转运动。模具经实际生产验证:成形的制件达到了要求。The structure of a U-shaped sheet metal part was analyzed,a progressive die was de-signed.The tapping device was installed on the die for forming the internal thread hole on the part,it taped the internal thread hole while the formed part was stamping.The screw and gear structure were installed in the tapping device,which could convert the up and down movement of the upper half of die into the rotating movement of the screw tap.The die was verified by actual production that the formed part met the requirements.
