摘 要:为了提高模具设计与制造专业学生对就业质量的满意度,对在校生就业岗位意向及毕业生就业岗位情况进行问卷调查,将模具设计岗位、模具制造岗位和模具生产管理岗位确定为模具方面的核心就业岗位,围绕核心就业岗位能力需求进行问卷调查,对重点知识和核心技能进行分析后,重新构建专业课程体系,在教学内容上突出实用性和先进性,并采用理实一体化教学模式,以提高课堂效率和增强学生就业岗位适应能力。In order to enhance the satisfaction of students majoring in die and mould design and manufacturing with employment quality,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the job inten-tions of current students and the employment positions of graduates.The job of die and mould de-sign,die and mould manufacturing,and die and mould production management were identified as core employment jobs,a questionnaire survey was conducted around the ability needs of core em-ployment jobs based on the capability requirements of these core jobs,and the professional spe-cialty course system was rebuilt after analyzing key knowledge and core skills.In the teaching con-tent,the practicability and advanced nature were highlighted,and the integrated teaching mode of science and practice was adopted to improve the classroom efficiency and enhance the adaptabili-ty of students to employment jobs.
