摘  要:以自然阴干木芙蓉鲜叶为原料,采用单因素和响应面法优化溶剂浸提法提取木芙蓉鲜叶总黄酮的工艺参数。结果表明,影响木芙蓉鲜叶黄酮提取的因素有提取剂的性质、温度和时间。其显著程度从大到小依次为:提取剂即乙醇浓度、回流时间、提取温度;最佳提取工艺为:提取温度75℃、浸提时间46 min、乙醇浓度(体积比)80%,木芙蓉叶黄酮提取量预测值为14.4 mg/g。Taking natural dried Hibiscus Mutabilis Leaves as raw materials,the technology parameters of flavo-noids extraction from Hibiscus mutabilis leaves are optimized by single factor and response surface methodology.The results show that the factors affecting the extraction of flavonoids from Hibiscus mutabilis leaves are the na-ture of extractants,extraction time and extraction temperature.The degree of significance is as follows:the con-centration of extractant(ethanol),reflux time,extraction temperature.The optimal extraction technology is that the extraction temperature is 75℃,that the extraction time is 46 mins,the ethanol concentration(volume ra-tio)is 80%,and that the total flavonoids extracted from dry leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis is predicted to be 14.4 mg/g.
