摘  要:从新质生产力和产学研协同创新模式的内部逻辑关系出发,以校企实践合作项目为案例,分析高职教育产学研协同创新模式现状,提出高职教育产学研六维度协同创新模式,并深入探讨以观念、要素、价值、利益、文化和组织六维度融合的推进路径,使高职教育产学研协同创新模式形态更好地适应新质生产力对高素质技能型劳动者的需求。Starting with the internal logical relationship between the new quality productive forces and the indus-try-university-research collaborative innovation model,this paper takes the practical cooperation project be-tween the college and the enterprise as a case study to analyze the current situation of the industry-universi-ty-research collaborative innovation model in higher vocational education.It proposes the industry-university-re-search six-dimensional collaborative innovation model in higher vocational education,and further explores the promotion path of the six-dimensional integration of concept,element,value,interest,culture and organization,so that the form of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation model in higher vocational educa-tion can better adapt to the demand of high-quality and skilled workers in new quality productive forces.
